  • Steak & Gorgonzola with Adobe Salsa, Classic 3 Cheese with House-made Salsa, and Crab with Mango-Papaya Salsa
  • Smoked Salmon on Black Pepper Potato Chips and Lemon Crème Fraîche
  • Lobster Mac N’ Cheese served in mini casserole dishes
