Start the evening with lovely hors d’oeuvres which include cheesy, delectable quesadillas. The buffet offers a bright, organic salad to compliment the heavier entrée option provided. Guests will have the option of either sliced flank steak or chicken served with tropical salsa. The herb parmesan orzo and vegetable medley complete the substantial meal. Top it all off with skewered fresh fruit, and be sure to save some room for cake!

Classic Three Cheese Quesadilla Shooters served in Sustainable Clear Shot Glasses with Homemade Adobo Salsa, Fresh Bruschetta Trio Roasted Red Pepper & Feta Cheese, Olive Tapenade and Artichoke & Tomato.

Buffet

Farm to Table Organic Mixed Field Greens topped with dried cranberries, croutons, candied walnuts, mandarin oranges and cucumbers served with Raspberry Champagne Vinaigrette.
