DSC_0812 (1)AJ is one of ExecChef Catering’s elite chefs and a huge asset to any event that our company takes part in. He began his culinary pursuits in 2011, training with a number of chefs across Tampa Bay. He has exhibited a natural talent when it comes to planning and preparing a meal; how to balance and pair different flavors, and how to create something unique and delicious for even the strictest diets (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)

His specialties include European Sauces, Contemporary Hors d’oeuveres, as well as Ethnic Dishes. AJ is a hard worker and a natural chef, but he has also learned how to study and plan for an involved meal. He recognizes the need for organization and forethought.
